OVERVIEW
Jetson, known for its innovative electric scooters, motorized bicycles, and hoverboards, needed a refreshed customer care brochure to clearly communicate its service plans and support options. The existing materials were outdated and didn’t fully reflect the brand’s premium positioning, making it harder for customers to understand coverage and benefits.
I led the redesign in collaboration with the Creative Director and VP of Marketing & Customer Experience, managing the process from concept through production.
